To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and maintain the quality of our apartments, please observe the following house rules:

1. Security & Conduct

* Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, the apartment and its contents during their stay.
* Damages, loss of items, or misconduct will attract charges equivalent to the cost of repair or replacement.
* No illegal, disruptive, or dangerous activities are permitted on the property.

2. Smoking & Occupancy

* Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
* Only the number of guests stated in the booking are permitted to stay in the apartment.
* Unauthorized guests or overnight visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
* No events, video shoots or parties allowed

3. Noise & Neighbour Consideration

* Please maintain reasonable noise levels, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
* Be considerate of neighbours and other residents in the building.

4. Property Care

* Treat the apartment with care as you would your own home.
* Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
* Furniture and fittings must not be moved or taken out of the apartment.

5. Cleaning & Waste Disposal

* Please dispose of trash in the designated indoor bins before check-out.
* Housekeeping is provided once weekly for stays of one week or longer (unless otherwise arranged).
* Additional cleaning requests may attract a service charge.
