By confirming a booking with Caviar Homes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment

* Full payment is required before a booking can be confirmed.
* Bookings will only be secured once payment is received and acknowledged.

2. Guest Identification (KYC)

* A valid government-issued ID must be provided at least 24 hours before check-in.
* The name on the ID must match the name on the booking.
* Failure to provide valid identification may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

* Standard check-in time: from 3:00 PM
* Standard check-out time: by 12:00 PM
* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund Policy:

* Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
* 50% Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
* No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
